This position's purpose is to cost-effectively drive non-media lead generation and local awareness through various marketing tactics including events/shows, showrooms, corporate partnerships, retail partnerships, community groups, HOA's, and company-created events. The role involves in-field coaching and training of Retail Marketing Representatives. The manager will oversee the department calendar, negotiate with event sponsors and outside vendors for optimal value, and manage participation in events, sponsorships, and retail partnerships. This includes on-site administration, resource supervision, and implementation details. The position also requires expense and P&L management for Events and Showroom expenses, ensuring adherence to budget to achieve goals. Collaboration with internal Renewal partners (Sales, Inside Sales Center, Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance) is expected to drive results. The role also participates in recruiting efforts, including interviewing candidates, and communicates results and future strategy with management. Classroom training on methodology, rebuttals, process, and procedures is a key responsibility. The Manager directly manages Marketing Reps, Associate Managers, and Contractors, overseeing their development and career progression.
