About The Position

The Manager – Epic Clinical Readiness is responsible for the leadership, coordination, and oversight of Epic related clinical end user education across the organization, including training programs, instructional design, clinical readiness activities, super user programs, and adoption support. This role ensures that Epic training and adoption support safe, efficient, and effective clinical workflows while aligning with organizational standards, patient safety goals, and Epic best practices. The Manager leads Epic training readiness teams and serves as a key liaison between clinical leadership, information technology, training teams, and operational stakeholders. This role bridges system functionality and end user practice by translating Epic build and workflow decisions into effective education, adoption strategies, and ongoing support. Requirements

  • Leadership experience in Epic clinical end user education
  • Experience with training programs, instructional design, clinical readiness activities, super user programs, and adoption support
  • Understanding of safe, efficient, and effective clinical workflows
  • Knowledge of organizational standards, patient safety goals, and Epic best practices
  • Experience leading training readiness teams
  • Liaison experience between clinical leadership, IT, training teams, and operational stakeholders
  • Ability to translate system functionality and end-user practice
