About The Position
The Manager – Epic Revenue Cycle Readiness is responsible for the leadership, coordination, and oversight of Epic-related end-user education and adoption across revenue cycle functions. This role ensures that Epic training supports efficient, compliant, and financially optimized workflows, aligning with organizational performance goals, regulatory requirements, and Epic best practices. The Manager leads revenue cycle training readiness teams and acts as a key liaison between revenue cycle leadership, IT, training resources, and operational stakeholders. This role bridges system functionality and revenue cycle operations by translating Epic build, billing rules, and workflows into effective education, adoption strategies, and ongoing support.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in Epic-related end-user education and adoption.
- Experience in coordinating and overseeing training programs.
- Understanding of revenue cycle functions and workflows.
- Knowledge of financial optimization and compliance in healthcare.
- Familiarity with Epic best practices.
- Experience leading training teams.
- Ability to act as a liaison between different departments (revenue cycle leadership, IT, training, operations).
- Skill in translating technical system information into educational content.
- Experience developing adoption strategies and providing ongoing support.
