About The Position

The Manager – Epic Inpatient Clinical Applications is responsible for the operational leadership, oversight, and optimization of Epic inpatient clinical applications across the organization. This role ensures that Epic inpatient systems are stable, efficient, and aligned with clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, patient safety standards, and organizational priorities. The Manager provides direct leadership to Epic Inpatient application analysts and serves as the primary liaison between clinical leaders, information technology, Epic, and organizational governance structures. The role plays a critical part in translating clinical and operational needs into sustainable Epic build, standards, and support models.   • Experience in ensuring system stability, efficiency, and alignment with clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and patient safety standards.
  • Experience in leading application analysts.
  • Experience serving as a liaison between clinical leaders, IT, Epic, and governance structures.
  • Experience in translating clinical and operational needs into Epic build, standards, and support models.
