To lead and manage the design, development, implementation, delivery, and measurement of Navy Federal’s enterprise skill and leadership development curricula and programming. This role serves as a strategic portfolio leader, responsible for translating enterprise priorities into a cohesive, outcomes‑driven learning roadmap and ensuring learning investments are focused on the highest‑value initiatives. The manager implements strategy by establishing operational objectives, policies, and plans; setting priorities and sequencing work across multiple learning portfolios; and leveraging deep expertise in organizational and employee development, instructional design, and delivery methods to ensure the delivery of high‑quality, value‑driven learning solutions that support workforce readiness and business outcomes.
