About The Position

As a key member of the Creativity & Productivity Enterprise Product Marketing team, you will shape the commercialization strategy and execution that drive global growth and sales performance for Adobe’s Enterprise solutions. Your deep expertise in pricing, packaging and portfolio planning of SaaS offerings in Enterprise sales, driving transformation toward consumption and or outcome - based monetization models - combined with a track record of leading large-scale, high-impact commercialization initiatives - will enable you to deliver meaningful outcomes across channels. In this role, you will partner closely with the broader Product Marketing, Sales, Finance, Pricing, and Operations to lead complex cross-functional programs that enhance customer experiences, accelerate new customer acquisition, and strengthen long-term retention. You will also explore long - term commercialization models for Adobe. Reporting to the head of Enterprise GTM, this role will lead the development and execution of Enterprise commercialization strategies across Adobe’s growing Enterprise portfolio. You will leverage data, customer insights, and cross functional partnerships to shape strategic priorities, inform executive decision making and operationalize GTM commercialization strategies. As a people leader, you will lead and develop a small, high impact team, setting direction, coaching talent, and ensuring delivery against strategic Enterprise GTM priorities. Success in this role requires operating effectively in a large, complex data environment and synthesizing sophisticated business and customer analyses into clear recommendations, scalable programs, and measurable outcomes. We are especially looking for a leader with a strong management consulting foundation and exposure to Generative AI driven business transformation, who can bring structured problem solving, executive-level storytelling, and forward-looking AI perspectives into our GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • BS/BA preferred OR 12+ years of experience in management consulting OR equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of people management experience.
  • Customer-first orientation, with deep global experience working across various customer segments.
  • Proven ability to design and operationalize SaaS, consumption-based and token-based monetization strategies to optimize customer experience and unlock growth.
  • Genuine desire to have your impact measured in real-world metrics that correlate to quarterly and annual sales success.
  • Demonstrated leadership success in dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Strong experience leading direct, and cross-functional multidisciplinary teams to launch high-impact business initiatives.
  • Ability to rapidly assess a problem, define options, evaluate and implement to address critical business issues.
  • Demonstrated excellence in conceptual thinking and analytical problem-solving.
  • The desire and ability to take a stand and advocate a course of action, presenting supporting facts and data to back up your position.
  • Extraordinary communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels.
  • A solid sense of self, balanced with the drive to put team first.
  • Global cultural awareness and experience with global teams.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA preferred.
  • Strong preference of experience at top tier consulting firms (e.g., strategy or management consulting) where you advised enterprise clients on growth strategy, digital transformation, or AI-led transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with Generative AI business models, pricing strategies and tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Enterprise commercialization strategy across the creative professional, business professional, and workflow and automation product groups.
  • Ensure offer strategies are complementary and create long-term customer value.
  • Partner with cross-matrix teams including Product Marketing, Business Model Strategy, Sales, Pricing, Operations and Product teams to develop and implement commercialization strategies and create offers that resonate with our customers.
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of each customer audience segment and provide insights to Product and Product Marketing teams that result in improved monetization strategies across Adobe’s offers.
  • Identify and prioritize business growth opportunities (e.g. country, route-to-market, distribution channel, vertical, product) and develop programs to deliver against these opportunities (test, implement).
  • Drive cross-functional collaborations to achieve the same goal at country level.
  • Preempt and problem-solve operational issues; lead and integrate cross-functional efforts.
