Manager, Enterprise Business Design Lead Capital One’s Enterprise Learning & Development team is seeking a Strategic Business Consultant to support the learning and development needs of the Experience Design organization. This person will be responsible for partnering with key leaders to shape and drive a learning agenda for hundreds of product designers, content designers, design researchers, design operators, and design leaders across the company. The Experience Design team is at the forefront of enriching our customers’ digital and physical experiences and we are passionate about creating memorable, meaningful product experiences that build the Capital One brand with humanity and drive business advantage and innovation. In this role as a consultant you will engage with our stakeholders by aligning with the Experience Design organization’s strategy to determine learning needs and solutions. We are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between design and learning teams–someone who has a deep understanding of human-centered design concepts and how designers interface with product managers, software engineers and other partners to deliver world class products and services, and who can translate those experiences into learner-centered solutions.
