About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Power BI / Fabric Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of Sutherland Enterprise BI Projects. The role involves managing a team, defining BI strategy, and ensuring high-quality dashboards and data models to support business decision-making.

Requirements

• MCA or M.Sc. or equivalent, IT, or related field.
• 10 to 12+ years of experience in BI/Analytics.
• Strong expertise in Power BI (Desktop & Service).
• Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query (M).
• Strong expertise in SQL & Data Modeling.
• Strong understanding of Data warehousing concepts.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes.
• Strong understanding of Data governance & security.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Azure / Microsoft Fabric is preferred.
• Exposure to tools like Azure Data Factory & Google Looker.
• Knowledge of Python/R for advanced analytics.
