The Manager, Engineering, will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining the engineering culture and community. This role involves coaching team members on skills and performance, fostering their professional growth, and guiding engineers to ensure that solutions effectively meet business requirements and align with technology strategies. This includes involvement in planning, evaluation, recommendation, design, operationalization, and support of solutions, all while adhering to enterprise and industry standards.
