Joining a new pension plan is one of the most consequential decisions an employer can make for its people, and the experience they have during onboarding sets the tone for the entire relationship. As Manager, Employer Onboarding, you'll lead the team responsible for making that experience exceptional. You'll oversee the full scope of onboarding for employers joining CAAT’s DBplus pension plan, guiding them through complex, often nonstandard terms with clarity and confidence. You'll be the steady hand for our most complex employer files, the escalation point when challenges arise, and the coach who helps your team grow into trusted advisors. Beyond the day-to-day, you'll help shape the strategy, processes, and tools that define how we onboard employers for years to come, partnering across legal, policy, communications, pension education, business development, and IT to deliver a best-in-class experience every time.
