About The Position

The Manager of Emergency Medicine and Critical Care Operations supports HealthPartners quality, financial and service goals through professional management for the department practices. This role serves as the main point of contact for operationalizing practice-related initiatives involving the Emergency Medicine and Critical Care Department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care or other related field.
  • 3–5 years experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial management.
  • Experience in lead, supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Skilled in project management, planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing, collaborative teams.
