About The Position

Fetch is a privately owned, multi-specialty group of veterinary practices located in Florida and South Carolina, offering specialty services and 24hr ER support. We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our Emergency and Critical Care Departments at our Clearwater, Florida hospital. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on supporting the team and patients, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining a seamless and supportive environment. The Practice Manager will collaborate with hospital leaders to meet goals, support team members, and ensure high-quality care. Responsibilities include providing feedback and guidance, adjusting schedules, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with regulations (state, SOPs, OSHA), fostering a positive environment, building rapport with veterinarians, and proactively addressing risks. The ideal candidate is a go-to leader passionate about emergency medicine, leadership, and making a difference.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician

Nice To Haves

• Certification as a Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, or RVT)
• Previous experience in specialty and/or emergency veterinary medicine

Responsibilities

• Support the team and patients in daily operations.
• Guide team members and maintain efficient workflows.
• Ensure a seamless and supportive environment throughout each shift.
• Collaborate with hospital leaders to meet goals and ensure top-notch care.
• Offer feedback and guidance to team members.
• Adjust schedules as needed.
• Ensure ER and CC departments are fully stocked and ready.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, SOPs, and OSHA.
• Keep the work environment positive.
• Build rapport with guest and referring veterinarians.
• Stay on top of any risks or concerns before they become real problems.
