About The Position

Fetch is a privately owned, multi-specialty group of veterinary practices located in Florida and South Carolina, offering specialty services and 24hr ER support. We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to help lead our Emergency and Critical Care Departments at our Clearwater, Florida hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing practice and make a significant impact on the lives of animals and their owners! As a PM of ECC, you’ll play a key leadership role at the center of daily operations. This hands-on position involves helping to support both the team and our patients. Your strong organizational and leadership skills will be essential in guiding team members, maintaining efficient workflows, and ensuring a seamless and supportive environment throughout each shift. You’ll be collaborating closely with our hospital leaders to make sure goals are met, team members feel supported, and care stays top-notch. You'll offer feedback and guidance to team members, adjust schedules when needed, and help make sure ER and CC stays fully stocked and ready to go. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining compliance with all the good stuff—state regulations, SOPs, OSHA—you name it. We’re also counting on you to help keep the vibe positive, build rapport with guest and referring vets, and stay on top of any risks or concerns before they become real problems. In short, you’ll be a go-to leader who keeps the ER and ICU teams running smoothly and feeling supported. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician, required

Nice To Haves

  • Certification as a Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, or RVT), preferred
  • Previous experience in specialty and/or emergency veterinary medicine, preferred
