The Editorial Manager is a senior content professional who will serve as a champion for brand voice, tone and technical consistency across content channels, including thought leadership reports, client alerts, web announcements, social media posts, advertising and video and podcast scripts. This role will also be central to ensuring the smooth operation of the editorial team, owning and overseeing workflow allocation and prioritization. The Editorial Manager will bring creative vision and rigorous editorial discipline to Dechert's global communications. A natural storyteller with an instinct for what makes people pay attention, this person is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to proofread, edit, and polish work to the highest standard. The Editorial Manager will help ensure that everything the team produces is impactful, persuasive and in the Dechert voice. Working within the firm’s global Marketing team, this position can reside in our Boston, Charlotte, London, New York, Philadelphia or Washington, D.C. offices. We ask our professionals to work in-person in the office Monday through Thursday because we value being together.
