This position will follow our hybrid work model; we expect the selected candidate to work 3 days a week at our Saint Petersburg, FL, corporate office. Under limited supervision, the Training & Development Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our early career professionals. The manager will influence strategic direction, develop plans, and complete complex assignments to support participant development. Additional responsibilities include project management, content selection, course material development and process improvements. Working in a highly collaborative environment, the manager will ensure all trainings are aligned with business unit and firm wide learning priorities, through measurement of the effectiveness of the programs. The early careers development team is responsible for the successful onboarding, performance and retention of new associates through a robust induction experience and providing development and engagement throughout their 1-24 months.
