The Manager, DtC Data Analytics reports to the Director, DtC Strategy & Planning and plays a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making for the Omnichannel (eStore and SES stores) business. The incumbent is responsible for monitoring, assessing, and deriving actionable insights from core KPIs (Sales & Profit, Marketing Performance, Site Performance, Partner Operational KPIs) to optimize performance and measure the impact of digital programs, products, and customer experiences. This role involves designing and implementing digital reporting frameworks, conducting in-depth analysis, and supporting the Senior Executive team and DtC teams across the organization.
