Manager, Data Analytics

HasbroRenton, WA
$125,900 - $188,900

About The Position

We're looking for a Manager, Data Analytics to lead our analytics team and drive data-informed decision-making across our commercial, sales, and go-to-market functions. You'll lead a team of analysts, lead the analytics roadmap, and serve as the connective tissue between business partners and the data organization. This is a people-first leadership role for someone who can mentor and develop talent, champion data quality, and translate complex business problems into clear analytical strategies — while staying close enough to the work to guide technical direction.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data or business analytics, with at least 2–3 years in a people management or team lead role.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with modern data stack tools (Snowflake, dBT, ETL workflows).
  • Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Proven track record to lead and grow analytical talent — including hiring, performance management, and mentorship.
  • Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and analytical best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to make complex data concepts accessible to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of business and data analysts, providing coaching, career growth support, and day-to-day guidance.
  • Be responsible for the analytics roadmap for commercial, sales, and go-to-market teams — prioritizing work, managing capacity, and ensuring delivery against business goals.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical frameworks, KPIs, and reporting strategies.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of dashboards, models, and data solutions built on Snowflake, dBT, and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Drive data quality and governance standards in partnership with data engineering and BI teams.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across product, finance, engineering, and marketing to ensure analytics is embedded in key decisions.
  • Champion analytical best practices — standardizing methodologies, documentation, and processes across the team.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders, helping shape planning, forecasting, and go-to-market execution.
  • Develop and implement data strategies that align with our ambitious business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine data needs and successfully execute solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through strict quality control measures.
  • Provide world-class analytical support for the global commercial organization.
  • Coordinate the creation and maintenance of data visualizations and dashboards to improve data accessibility and decision-making.
