The Manager Digital Solutions will lead techno-functional workstreams for project management information system (PMIS) implementation, modernization, upgrades, migration, and optimization for energy and infrastructure clients. The role translates project controls and business needs into application, data, integration, and technical requirements, and connects functional stakeholders with application specialists, developers, integration teams, and data resources. It includes assessing current-state applications, processes, data, interfaces, and reporting; conducting fit-gap assessments; and supporting solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization. A significant focus is end-to-end data migration from legacy project controls and PMIS applications to target platforms. The manager will assess source data quality and structure; define mappings, transformation and conversion rules, and reconciliation requirements; coordinate data preparation and ETL activities; validate migrated data; and organize migration cycles, mock conversions, testing, cutover, and post-migration validation. The role applies knowledge of Primavera P6 structures and scheduling processes, supports schedule data migration and integration, and works with related platforms such as Oracle Unifier, Octave Sequence, SAP, Aconex, InEight, and Kahua. The position also supports integrations among PMIS, scheduling, ERP, reporting, and other enterprise applications, along with reporting and analytics data needs. Responsibilities span system, integration, migration, and user acceptance testing; defect resolution; deployment and go-live support; troubleshooting; and data quality, governance, and traceability. The manager owns assigned workstreams with minimal oversight, mentors consultants and analysts, coordinates multidisciplinary client and delivery teams, communicates complex issues clearly, produces client deliverables, and drives delivery risks, dependencies, and decisions to resolution. The work location is flexible and includes a mix of remote work, client-site work, and Accenture office or center work, with some in-person time for collaboration and client relationships. Travel may be required to support U.S.-based energy and infrastructure clients.
