Reporting to the Director, Digital Operations & Engagement, the Manager, Digital Operations plays a critical role in scaling and optimizing how digital initiatives are planned, prioritized and delivered across BMO Global Asset Management (BMO GAM). This role leads the governance and ongoing optimization of Adobe Workfront and related workflow processes, overseeing project intake, prioritization, governance, the content supply chain, workflow optimization and platform evolution. Working closely with stakeholders across the Business and Communications Engagement, Digital Operations, Product, Sales and Marketing teams, as well as external vendors, this role will help ensure increasing project demand is managed efficiently while improving visibility, accountability and delivery outcomes. The successful candidate will also lead efforts to modernize operational processes through automation, AI-enabled workflows and continuous improvement initiatives that support BMO GAM's digital transformation objectives.
