Medcan is seeking a data-driven, analytical and curious Manager, Digital Marketing Performance to drive efficient, measurable growth across Medcan’s acquisition funnel and website experience. A core component of the role is understanding how channel, spend, product mix, website traffic, and on-site behaviour impact performance to actively shape demand and conversion strategies that optimize acquisition growth and economics. This role is accountable for owning paid digital performance and leading the diagnosis and optimization of conversion across the full funnel, from first touch through to booking. It also includes oversight of Medcan’s website performance, including monitoring traffic trends, improving on-site performance, leading landing page testing, and managing technical SEO priorities in partnership with the appropriate teams.
