BMG's dynamic Los Angeles based Hip-Hop and R&B team is seeking a Manager of Digital Marketing to join their ranks. This role will lead best-in-class marketing initiatives for A-level and developing Hip Hop and R&B artists, owning the full scope of strategy development and execution across campaigns, data, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate is a passionate digital marketer who is a hip-hop and R&B superfan, living at the forefront of this culture and already connected to leading platforms, creators, and networks in this space. They must be able to conduct campaigns across every key platform and tool, with fluency in trends and viral content being crucial for amplifying an artist’s digital footprint. The role also involves serving as an expert voice to artists and managers, using data and creativity to drive clear impact.
