De Soi is a line of non-alcoholic beverages made with natural botanicals, adaptogens, and a serious commitment to flavor. Co-founded in 2022 by Katy Perry and award-winning Master Distiller Morgan McLachlan, we’re building the brand redefining how people unwind — luxurious, romantic, a little witty, and proudly booze-free. We’re in a high-growth phase: scaling DTC, expanding our retail footprint, and launching new products that push the category forward. It’s a moment where the work is real, the brand is loved, and what you build will actually move the business. We’re looking for a Manager, Digital Marketing & Ecommerce to own our end-to-end digital commerce business — Shopify Plus, subscriptions, lifecycle marketing, paid media oversight, Amazon, and customer experience. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the full DTC stack: equally comfortable in a Shopify back-end, a Klaviyo flow builder, dashboards, and AB testing quickly. You’ll partner closely with our VP of Marketing, lead a customer service contractor, and manage a roster of agency partners across paid media, email/SMS, Amazon, and SEO. You’ll be the connective tissue between brand and performance — making sure every digital touchpoint feels unmistakably De Soi while driving real revenue, retention, and efficiency.
