This position is responsible for leading US Demand Planning activities for the Shiseido brand, including Finished Goods and POSM. As a key contributor within the US S&OP function at Shiseido Americas, this role is responsible for driving continuous improvement of US demand planning processes across all US domestic business units and demand planning groups for Shiseido. The role ensures the demand plan is aligned with US business objectives and financial targets, while supporting key supply chain performance metrics including service, inventory, excess & obsolete reduction, and forecast accuracy.
