Manager, Demand Planning
About The Position
The Demand Planning Manager is responsible for leading the development, governance, and continuous improvement of the demand planning process for the business. This role owns the translation of sales, customer, market, product, financial, and operational signals into a credible demand plan that supports the SIOP process that leads into strategy and executive decision-making. The role leads monthly Demand Review processes, manages forecast assumptions at the appropriate product/channel/customer/location level. You will work with partners cross-functionally to resolve data and planning gaps, and develop scalable, repeatable planning processes that improve forecast quality, business alignment, and operational readiness. This position will serve Rheem North America, located in Roswell, GA (Hybrid). This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
