About The Position

The Demand Planning Manager is part of Feastables’ Supply Chain organization and manages the Demand Plan for a designated group of customer channels. The role requires strong analytical skills and close collaboration with Sales and Supply Planning to ensure forecasts are accurate and aligned with business needs. The position also assists the Director of Demand Planning in coordinating the planning process and ensuring forecasts are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in demand forecasting tools and techniques.
• Ability to collaborate across departments, particularly between Sales and Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in demand planning software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Demand Plan end to end, including baseline modeling and gathering and applying inputs from Sales partners.
• Govern inputs to ensure alignment with the organizational data structure and partner with appropriate teams to resolve master-data discrepancies.
• Play a critical role in testing and launching a new statistical enterprise planning platform.
• Own consensus-focused monthly meetings with Sales partners to address open items and create space for discussion.
• Conduct ad-hoc reporting to support business needs, such as seasonal offerings, new business opportunities, and promotional endeavors.
• Assist the Director of Demand Planning in coordinating the demand planning process and ensuring forecasts are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
