About The Position

The Manager, Delivery Strategy & Operations will play a critical role in driving the growth and operational excellence of Wingstop’s delivery business, ensuring a seamless and craveable guest experience that reflects the brand’s high standards. This role partners closely with Brand Partners (franchisees), cross-functional teams, and Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) to optimize performance, enhance operational execution, and support Wingstop’s digital-first strategy. Acting as a key liaison, this leader will champion consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the delivery ecosystem while helping scale a best-in-class, flavor-forward experience for guests to:

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience driving digital sales growth across eCommerce, off-premise channels, or platform partnerships within QSR, retail, or marketplace ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to scale delivery and digital ordering channels (first-party and aggregators), with a focus on driving traffic, conversion, and average ticket growth preferred
  • Understanding of digital commerce levers including menu optimization, in-app merchandising, pricing and promo strategy, and conversion funnel performance.
  • Experience managing and optimizing strategic partnerships with third-party delivery platforms and other digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights that drive same-store sales and off-premise mix growth.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a franchise-driven, cross-functional environment, influencing Marketing, Operations, Technology, and external partners.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align corporate strategy with field execution.
  • Passion for digital innovation, loyalty, and the evolving off-premise customer journey, with a focus on delivering a seamless   and differentiated Wingstop experience.
  • Working knowledge of P&Ls and performance analysis.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong comfort using Power BI and leveraging AI tools to enhance daily productivity and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Brand Partners coordinating cross-functional resolution and reinforcing clear scope boundaries.
  • Proactively manage and rigorously assess delivery operational performance metrics, including delivery times and SLA adherence, in partnership with DSPs.
  • Continuously evaluate the end-to-end customer journey, identifying friction points and leading iterative, joint problem-solving initiatives with DSP partners to drive sustained improvement.
  • Develop and execute a revenue-driven delivery strategy, optimizing promotions and ad spend to effectively target and convert customers on-platform.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Accounting and Finance and oversight of ancillary DSP services.
  • Lead structured performance reviews with DSPs to improve operational execution, reliability, and guest satisfaction.
  • Support growth initiatives and platform optimizations, including ad hoc enhancements and expanded partnerships that improve performance, scalability, and partner alignment.
