About The Position

The Manager, Dealership Auto Services, is a collaborative sales leader with a genuine passion for the client experience and their team members. They are responsible for all daily office operations. This role involves inspiring, guiding, and supporting the team to achieve the goals of the company and team members in servicing and maintaining relationships with automobile dealer clients.

Requirements

  • An Insurance broker Level 2 license
  • A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
  • Possess a high level of diplomacy, balancing great judgment with empathy for a variety of stakeholders.
  • Able to forge long-term authentic customer-first relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all our daily office operations.
  • Inspire, guide, and support your team to achieve the goals of the company and team members in servicing and maintaining our great relationships with our automobile dealer clients.
  • Deliver results by driving effective routines that optimize team and individual performance.
  • Conduct monthly regular sales meetings while providing continuous guidance to always aim higher.
  • Develop your intuition on what makes a person tick and how to put together a perfect team.
  • Always think customer-first when handling concerns.
  • Develop, mentor, and inspire team members.
  • Orchestrate innovative ways of collaborating with other teams.
