The BTI Analytics team is part of the Insights and Products Analytics team within the Business and Technology Insights (BTI) Business Unit. This team performs analysis related to all aspects of Gartner’s Insights business and shares actionable recommendations and insights. They focus on client value and retention analytics, associate performance analytics, budget and financial analytics, and client demand sensing to improve the performance of experts and BTI. The team powers fact-based decision making by providing client-centric data, insights, and analytic tools to continuously improve the business operationally and strategically. The role is for a Manager who is an analytical problem solver, has a strong technical understanding of data/data systems, and is an exceptional coach. This individual will have 2 to 3 members reporting to them and should be comfortable leading strategic initiatives. The role will primarily focus on ownership of end-to-end deliverables for key interactions and events analytics and projects, such as reducing friction in the end-to-end inquiry process, measuring interaction quality, dashboard and analytics strategy, and monthly analytics and insights. Initiatives involve data definition, data pull, technical understanding of Gartner data, analysis for insights, building recommendations, data visualization, and scaling through automated visualizations and reporting.
