About The Position

The Manager, Data, Analytics & Reporting is responsible for leading Midland's enterprise analytics, reporting, and data governance capabilities, ensuring data is accurate, trusted, and consistently used to drive business performance. Operating at the intersection of business and technology, this role standardizes reporting, enforces governance, and delivers insights tied to operational and financial outcomes. This is a critical role in Midland’s transformation, building the foundation required to scale analytics, enable performance management, and support future advanced capabilities.
