About The Position

The Manager, Customer Targeting & Eligibility Consultant is part of the U.S. Targeting Operations (USTO) team within the broader Enterprise Communications & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) organization at American Express. USTO partners with AmEx U.S. businesses to develop customer audience strategies and support marketing campaign execution across channels. This role is primarily focused on supporting the U.S. Marketing organization. How will you make an impact in this role? The Manager, Customer Targeting & Eligibility Consultant partners closely with Marketing teams to develop audience strategies for direct marketing campaigns that connect Consumer and Commercial customers with relevant offers and experiences. Acting as a subject matter expert in audience development and campaign execution processes, this role provides strategic recommendations and data-driven solutions that help marketers achieve campaign objectives. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely campaign audience execution by translating business requirements into clear operational instructions and collaborating with campaign execution team based in India. The manager also resolves complex operational challenges, conducts testing and analysis, and identifies opportunities to improve processes through automation and operational efficiencies. In addition, this role serves as a trusted advisor to Marketing partners by providing guidance, training, and ongoing support related to audience strategy development and campaign list execution processes.

Requirements
