Membership Portfolio Services, within our US Consumer Services Business, is responsible for developing and scaling several growing businesses that are strategically important to American Express. We are developing unique and differentiated ways to strengthen the Membership Model by connecting Card Members with Merchants to drive growth over the mid-to-long term. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Development – Amex Ads & Offers Targeting and Eligibility Product, who will manage the Segmentation, Targeting, and Eligibility capabilities supporting Amex Ads & Offers. As a core member of a digital product team, you will be responsible for defining and evolving the targeting and eligibility platform that powers campaign audience selection, real-time decisioning, and offer qualification across the Amex Offers and Amex Ads ecosystem. You will partner across business, product, and technology teams to deliver scalable, flexible, and compliant targeting solutions that enable precise customer engagement and drive merchant value. This role is part of the Amex Offers Digital Media Product team. We provide the technical capabilities to enable sourcing, setup, targeting, fulfillment, and measurement of Amex Offers campaigns. Our platforms are part of the Digital Offers Ecosystem; a collection of teams and capabilities responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Amex Offers.
