About The Position

This role provides direction and guidance to a team, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of customer service requests, inquiries, complaints, and sales to maintain high customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The Manager-CS Mobility oversees the daily operations of their team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role focuses on immediate team management, task delegation, and the resolution of day-to-day issues. Typically leads occupational staff within the organization. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action and promotional activity for subordinates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations, resolving customer issues and directing problem fixes.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations for staff and field forces.
