About The Position

The Caturus platform, founded by Kimmeridge, is an alternative asset manager focused on the energy sector, aiming to provide low-cost energy on demand with the lowest carbon footprint. Kimmeridge's vision is to build the only independent, fully integrated natural gas and LNG export platform in the U.S. through its upstream operations and Commonwealth LNG, a 9.5 million tonnes per annum liquefied natural gas export terminal in southwestern Louisiana. The combined entities are committed to delivering responsibly sourced, low-emission fuel to domestic and international markets. Caturus is a Houston-based, private exploration and production company seeking to grow production through development of deep, high pressure, dry gas windows of the Eagle Ford and Austin Chalk, as well as Haynesville formations located in Texas and Louisiana, while maintaining a relentless focus on safety. Commonwealth LNG was founded by industry veterans who decided to re-engineer the LNG construction model. Using proven best practices, Commonwealth is committed to building a world-class LNG export facility while focusing on safety, managing risk, and achieving best-in-class environmental standards.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Manager, Corporate Integration & RFO is responsible for leading the corporate and cross-functional workstreams that support enterprise-wide operational readiness. This role owns integration planning across IT, HR, finance, procurement, safety, and security, and interfaces heavily with those functions along with corporate leadership. Engineering-focused RFO activities sit with the Manager, RFO Operations, who leads site- and asset-level readiness under the VP of Operations — the two roles partner closely to keep corporate integration efforts and field readiness activities aligned. This is a hands-on role within a lean, entrepreneurial organization that is still building out its systems, processes, and culture as it integrates its upstream and LNG businesses. The ideal candidate is energized by that kind of ambiguity and is comfortable operating without the layers of process and structure typical of a large, established operator. Ready for Operations (RFO) is the function responsible for mapping, defining, and sequencing all of the processes, systems, and people required for an LNG facility to reach first gas and full commercialization — spanning everything from operating procedures and systems readiness to staffing, training, and handover from project execution to operations. Because RFO work sits at the intersection of many workstreams running in parallel on a fixed timeline, this role requires a high degree of self-direction and organizational discipline: the person in this seat will need to work independently, track a large number of interdependent deliverables without losing sight of details, and proactively surface gaps or risks before they become schedule or startup issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in integration planning, IT strategy, digital transformation, or operational program management, ideally within oil and gas or a related industrial sector.
• Relevant experience may also include management consulting, value creation or portfolio/PMO roles, project management, or prior work on LNG Ready-for-Operations (RFO) or comparable large-scale capital project start-ups.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across corporate, operations, and field stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of business strategy, operational processes, and digital/IT integration.
• Familiarity with safety, asset integrity, and maintenance management systems as they relate to readiness planning.
• Experience developing or supporting operational procedures and readiness metrics.
• Results-focused, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and work effectively across corporate, operations, and field stakeholders.
• Demonstrated comfort operating in a lean, still-integrating organization with less formal structure than a large, established operator — building processes as needed rather than relying on ones already in place.
• Self-starter who takes ownership without close direction, and proactively identifies gaps, risks, or misalignment across workstreams before they become problems.
• Highly organized, with the discipline to track numerous concurrent, interdependent deliverables against a fixed timeline without losing sight of detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integration plans that align corporate workstreams with organizational goals, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Support development of an integration strategy consistent with the company’s business objectives, growth targets, and market needs, in coordination with the COO.
• Partner with Safety, Security, HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, and other corporate teams to ensure integration initiatives support overall business objectives.
• Coordinate with the Manager, RFO Operations and field teams to keep corporate integration plans aligned with site-level readiness milestones.
• Identify integration risks, propose mitigation approaches, and help ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry practices.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for integration-related workstreams, and flag opportunities for cost optimization.
• Track and report on integration progress against defined success metrics; escalate risks to the COO as needed.
• Help adapt integration plans in response to technological change, market shifts, and evolving business needs.
