About The Position

Support CFO with corporate and project-level growth, including capital planning, capital markets initiatives, and equity and debt financing. Support business development through financial modeling and deal structuring for distributed energy merchant projects, small-scale BTM projects and Data Centers focused on thermal energy and battery storage. Develop financial models, investor presentations, and transaction materials for internal and external stakeholders, including private equity sponsors and financing counterparties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field
• 6 years of experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis in a power or energy-focused accounting or finance role
• Proficiency in Excel and complex financial modeling
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting
• Experience presenting financial data clearly in Excel and PowerPoint
