About The Position

The Manager, Corporate Finance will be responsible for leading cash and liquidity forecasting, improving finance and treasury processes, supporting the management of the company's revolving credit facility and debt portfolio, and leading the execution of the internal capital expenditure governance process. This role involves partnering with functional and operating leaders to ensure capital requests are aligned with strategic priorities, tracking capital deployment, and providing decision-oriented analysis and presentation materials for executive leadership. The position also entails leading finance and treasury transformation initiatives, partnering on capital structure and balance-sheet strategy, evaluating capital tradeoffs, and supporting refinancing and transaction-related initiatives. The role will help shape and scale treasury, capex governance, and strategic finance capabilities as the company grows.

Requirements

8+ years of progressive leadership experience in corporate finance and treasury
7+ years of expert-level Excel and financial modeling experience, with a deep understanding of the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement and their relationships
7+ years of expert-level data analysis experience, with a demonstrated ability to synthesize uncorrelated and unstructured data from multiple systems
7+ years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and modeling free cash flow, working capital, total liquidity, and the cash conversion cycle
5+ years of experience developing and managing a 13-week cash flow forecast, tracking actuals vs. forecast, and performing variance and scenario analysis
5+ years of experience building high-quality dynamic dashboards and delivering board- and lender-level presentation materials in PowerPoint
5+ years of experience in project management, cross-functional communication, and partnering with leaders across the organization to drive results

Nice To Haves

Experience partnering directly with private-equity sponsors, lenders, or board-level stakeholders
Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and financial reporting tools
Experience supporting refinancing, recapitalization, or transaction-related initiatives

Responsibilities

Lead cash and liquidity forecasting by integrating operating cash flow, capital expenditures, financing activity, seasonality, and site-level dynamics
Improve finance and treasury processes, controls, and governance appropriate for a large, distributed operating footprint
Support management of the company's revolving credit facility and debt portfolio, including availability, covenant compliance, and lender reporting
Lead execution of the end-to-end internal capital expenditure governance process, including business case development, approval workflows, and investment standards
Partner with functional and operating leaders to ensure capital requests are clearly scoped, return-based, and aligned to strategic priorities
Track capital deployment and performance versus approved plans and lead post-investment reviews to assess realized returns
Provide decision-oriented analysis and presentation materials with clear, cash-focused recommendations for executive leadership, board, lenders, and private-equity sponsors
Lead execution and project management of ad-hoc finance and treasury transformation initiatives to improve EBITDA, working capital, liquidity, operational efficiency, and forecast accuracy
Partner with the Treasurer on capital structure and balance-sheet strategy, including leverage, liquidity buffers, and financing alternatives
Evaluate capital tradeoffs and support refinancing, recapitalization, and transaction-related initiatives as needed
Help shape and scale treasury, capex governance, and strategic finance capabilities as the company grows
