The Position 1. Operational & Tenancy LeadershipAct as site-in-charge for all operational and tenancy matters to ensure the highest standards of service, safety, crisis management, and compliance with statutory requirements and codes of practices 2. Portfolio & Project OversightOversee facilities within the Science Park and/or Innopark portfolio, including office buildings, commercial spaces, high-tech manufacturing and logistics centers, laboratories, commercial venues, R&D industrial buildings, and future developments. Coordinate renovation and revamp programs, collaborating with stakeholders, project teams, technical teams, and service providers. 3. Community Programs & Commercial VibeDrive and implement initial community programs to foster engagement and collaboration among tenants, startups, and stakeholders, while cultivating a commercial vibe that balances innovation with business vitality. 4. Budget & Contract ManagementManage annual operating budgets, monitor monthly income and expenditure, coordinate tendering and contracts, and oversee the performance of contractors, suppliers, and service providers. 5. Sustainability & I&T Robotics IntegrationIntegrate sustainability initiatives into daily operations and long-term planning, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and green building practices. Lead the adoption of I&T robotics solutions (e.g., cleaning, security, delivery, or inspection robots) to upgrade the portfolio’s operational efficiency and technological edge. 6. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong customer relationships with tenants and partners, proactively addressing needs, resolving issues, and enhancing satisfaction and retention. 7. Smart Projects, Emergency & Ad-Hoc DutiesInitiate and manage property smart/technology projects and vibrant campaigns, address sensitive events and community concerns, and adjust operations flexibly.
