As a Corporate Facilities Manager within PNC's Corporate Facilities organization, you will be based in Austin, TX. The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing a regional portfolio of approximately 45 sites, including several large and complex facilities, ensuring all locations operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards. This role serves as the primary facilities lead within the region, managing daily operations, vendor relationships, and capital projects while driving cost optimization and financial performance through budgeting and forecasting. The position requires strong project management capabilities to execute initiatives such as renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and maintenance projects on time and within budget. Additionally, the Property Manager supports business continuity by coordinating emergency response efforts and managing critical systems, while partnering closely with internal stakeholders and leadership to ensure facilities strategies align with operational needs and deliver a high-quality workplace experience.
