Requirements

  • Commitment to the mission and values of Mercy Health Services and the Sisters of Mercy.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Three to five years of experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, community engagement, sponsorship management, nonprofit development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, community organizations, and other external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coordinating events, sponsorship benefits, volunteer programs, or community outreach preferred.
  • Experience with Raiser’s Edge or a similar constituent database preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Helps carry out Mercy Health Foundation’s corporate partnership and community engagement strategy.
  • Manages corporate relationships, sponsorship benefits, community partnerships, employee engagement and volunteer programs, and related events.
  • Helps connect corporate partners, community organizations, and Mercy employees with opportunities to support the Foundation’s priorities.
  • Works closely with Foundation staff, Mercy departments, corporate partners, and community organizations to coordinate activities, maintain strong relationships, and ensure commitments and deliverables are fulfilled accurately and on time.
