Requirements

  • Grade 12 education
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
  • Honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strive to be the best at what you do.
  • Believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor the budget, people resources and inventory at the Service Centre.
  • Prepare annual budgets and achieve budgeted financial goals including sales, margins, expenses, employee productivity, inventory turns and overall contribution.
  • Ensure merchandising, product and facility image are at the highest standard.
  • Provide superior leadership through coaching, development, management performance, and feedback to team members to ensure they provide exceptional customer service and technical advice to our guests.
  • Lead a culture of safety through adherence to company standards for health & safety, loss prevention and environmental due diligence.
