About The Position
The Coronach Food Store Manager is responsible for merchandising, financial management and overall store management. The Store Manager is the leader of the team and must ensure the location is meeting or exceeding standards to provide an excellent customer experience for members of the local community. Located in a branch community, the most critical functions will be providing team leadership, supporting Southland’s vision, coaching and motivating the team and executing on objectives around brand, service levels, quality and timeliness of delivery to maintain and improve the retail image in the community.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
