The Resilient Connectivity Products Portfolio, within the Collins Mission Systems Strategic Business Unit, has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Contracts for the Identification and Interrogator Products (IIP) program. This candidate will play an integral role as a member of the program team focusing on proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution. This role will support US Government, prime contractors and international customers primarily for fixed price production and repair contracts. You will also be expected to have the prerequisite skills and experience to represent Collins independently on significant transactions while having the ability to develop and maintain trusting relationships with complex customers. In this role, you will be responsible for customer communication, contract management, coordination of invoicing, fulfillment of contract requirements in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. You will need to utilize regular application of thorough business acumen and subject matter expertise to understand program performance requirements, provide guidance, and influence results in support of program and financial objectives. Additionally, the Manager, Contracts is required to work closely with Program Management leadership, the Office of General Counsel, and cross-functional peers in support of program gate reviews, program management reviews, business strategy sessions, proposal reviews, risk management activities, and all other contractual related matters affecting the portfolio.
