Position Summary The Manager, Contractor Integration ensures implementation and monitoring of all contractor workforce obligations specifically tied to contractor workforce operations. This professional brings experience in supplier engagement, contract interpretation, operational readiness to review contractor agreements, and venue operations at scale to adhere to venue use agreements, supplier contracts, Collective Bargaining Agreements, and other key documents for labor commitments and operational imperatives. This role is primarily responsible for contractor workforce integration and contractor readiness monitoring. This role contributes to workforce policy development and systems analysis as needed. Reporting to the Head of Workforce Integration, this position establishes contractor‑specific tracking systems, conducts labor‑related assessments, and provides strategic guidance on contractual requirements affecting contractor workforce mobilization and minimizing disruptions during Games Time Operations. This role ensures that contractor organizations, which employ and manage the largest segment of the Games-time workforce, meet labor commitments, maintain compliance to LA28 standards, and are prepared for effective Games-time deployment.
