About The Position

The primary purpose of the Manager Community Training Center is to provide direction and ensure the efficient operation of the University Hospital Community Training Center and the Center for Emergency Preparedness and Response. Key tasks include hiring, training, mentoring, and management of employees; preparation of budgets and expenditure reports; marketing and distribution of educational services; development of new educational programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nursing, or a related field required, plus five (5) years of teaching experience in a healthcare setting
  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Candidates without the required degree may substitute additional supervisory experience on a year‑for‑year basis
