Manager - Community Impact & Government Relations
About The Position
The Manager of Community Impact & Government Relations advances Baptist Health Care’s mission by leading strategic engagement with federal, state, and local government stakeholders while also strengthening the organization’s presence and influence within the regional business and civic community. This role supports public policy priorities, fosters collaborative partnerships, and manages Baptist Health Care’s leadership and participation in the Northwest Florida Business Alliance (NWFLBA) to promote economic vitality, workforce development, and healthcare access across the region. Baptist Health Care is a not-for-profit health care system committed to improving the quality of life for people and communities in northwest Florida and south Alabama. The organization includes three hospitals, four medical parks, Andrews Institute for Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine, and an extensive primary and specialty care provider network.
