The position requires a cross-functional perspective encompassing business, reputation, client relations, and employee experience. The Manager will also drive the function operationally, ensuring priorities are structured, deliverables progress, and stakeholders have clear visibility. Establishing and maintaining governance tools like dashboards, editorial calendars, and activity trackers is crucial for alignment and quality. As part of the Global Communications and Marketing team, the role also contributes to aligning global priorities with regional needs.
