The Manager, Commercialization supports the Away From Home Commercial groups (Marketing, Sales, Brand, RGM, and customer-facing teams) in framing the vision and commercial strategies to drive sales growth and enhance the visibility of our Hot Brands wherever Canadians consume beverages outside of their homes. This person oversees all marketing initiatives for the Keurig Authorized Distributors (KAD) channels while identifying growth opportunities within our portfolio of products & services and translating brand strategies into profitable successful execution in the B2B world. This position requires a self-driven individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, exceptional organizational and project management skills, and the ability to thrive and adapt with the highest level of efficiencies and autonomy in a fast-paced environment. This key player must demonstrate leadership and be able to generate engagement and trust with various internal and external cross-functional teams and stakeholders while acting as a strategic collaborator with our US counterparts. This person will report into the Senior Director, AFH Canada & OCS USA Sales.
