Requirements
- Minimum of five years related work experience, with three years experience in threat analysis.
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew.
- Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew.
- Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Manages the resolution of the most complex cloud platform issues elevated from staff and clients.
- Manages technical support staff who implement, monitor, troubleshoot, and install cloud computing platforms across all systems.
- Plans, develops, and executes short range goals and strategies to meet department, divisional, and corporate objectives.
- Develops and implements changes to department policies and standard operating procedures to meet changing business needs.
- Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and system optimization.
- Leads quality initiatives to improve the delivery of service levels.
- Responsible for delivering software maintenance and ensuring optimization of system up time and performance for critical technology is completed.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders to develop and maintain standards for platforms.
- Implements new technologies for enterprise-wide infrastructure projects.
- Develops technical standards to serve Vanguard technical needs.
- Manages the ongoing performance of IT cloud vendor products and services.
- Learns and understands client area business functions and requirements.
- Determines the appropriate technical tool to address the client's business needs.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
