About the Comprehensive School-Based Mental Health Program The Comprehensive School-Based Mental Health Program (CSBMHP) Is part of a larger community investment initiative led by CASA’s Indigenous Services department to improve the continuum of child and adolescent mental health care in First Nation and Métis communities. The CSBMHP supports First Nation and Métis school divisions to improve or develop models of intervention. School division partners are provided access to ongoing professional development, training and consultation services. The CSBMHP team provides universal mental health education, targeted group programming and mental health services to children and adolescents attending partner First Nation and Métis schools.
