Under the general supervision of the Center Director, the Clinical Manager is responsible for providing leadership and clinical care coordination to the center clinical teams. This role involves supervising and coordinating clinical participant care and services, leading collaborative teamwork, and ensuring high-quality care in accordance with federal and state regulations. The Clinical Manager also plays a key role in performance outcomes, issue resolution, and facilitating participant-centered planning and care plan development meetings. They assist the Medical Director with clinical and operational matters, communicate with leadership for organizational consistency, and facilitate administrative and quality improvement requirements. This includes managing reports, statistical records, and participating in Quality Assurance projects. The role also ensures adherence to departmental and external standards, attends professional meetings, and reviews national standards of practice. Budgetary adherence, hiring, payroll, and staff scheduling are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will embody PACE SEMI Values and principles.
