About The Position

The Manager of Clinical Programs supports the development and delivery of clinical projects and programs to improve patient outcomes and further organizational goals. This role involves collaborating with various teams to evaluate clinical performance, implement new medications and protocols, monitor progress, and achieve objectives. The manager will analyze data, interface with numerous departments, organize tracking and documentation, manage new initiatives from conception to implementation, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Project and program management skills – a minimum of two years of project management and/or project implementation experience is preferred.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and partner with OCMO and other teams Village-wide to evaluate clinical performance and determine appropriate clinical programs to positively impact outcomes.
  • Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams to successfully implement new medications and medication protocols Village-wide, monitor progress, evaluate performance against defined success metrics, and support achievement of Pharma Ops objectives.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to tell a meaningful story and support decision making.
  • Interface with numerous teams to include: OCMO, Physician Experience, Physician Education, Patient Education, Patient Experience, Clinical Education, Clinical Analytics, Home, IKC, Field, IT, CWOW, CMT, Compliance, Legal, Policies and Procedures (P&P) committee as appropriate.
  • Organize follow up, documentation, and tracking to ensure progress and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Manage and coordinate new initiatives from idea generation to implementation: new clinical program/ initiative design and development, training and communication materials development, pilot facilities support (training, communication, tracking and follow-up), pilot results review and evaluation, development of field and physician communications, training tools and the facilitation of Village wide implementation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
